Discovery

A 90–120 minute meeting/call to gain a deep understanding of the brand: its story, current positioning, target audience, competitors, and goals for the next 12–36 months. This serves as the foundation for all subsequent design decisions.

Strategy

Synthesize the Discovery findings into a strategic document covering positioning, brand essence, core values, and tone of voice. These elements ensure the design communicates the right message and meaning.

( 03 )
Concept

Develop a Visual Concept based on the strategy. Presented through moodboards and strategic rationale. The direction is approved before moving into detailed design — saving time and reducing the need for revisions.

( 04 )
Design System

Build the brand identity system, including the Logo System, Color Palette, Typography, and Graphic Elements. Every design component is crafted to accurately express the brand story and spirit.

( 05 )
Refinement

One official review round with you. Feedback is collected and refinements are made based on real insights from the brand.

( 06 )
Application

Apply the identity system across real-world touchpoints such as Stationery, Physical Print, Social Media Templates, and more, depending on the agreed project scope.

Delivery

Deliver all source files (AI, PSD, PDF, fonts), along with a Brand Guideline document for implementation. A 60-minute handover session is included to ensure your in-house team understands how to use the system correctly.

Ongoing Support

30 days of post-handover support to answer implementation questions and handle minor adjustments that may arise during real-world application. Continued support can be arranged through a monthly retainer agreement if needed.

Design FAQ


( 01 )
We already have a logo. Do we need to redesign everything from scratch?

Not necessarily. A successful rebrand makes a brand feel both familiar and new — preserving what still holds value while refreshing what has become outdated. During the Discovery phase, we will evaluate which elements should be retained and which should be updated.

( 02 )
Will I receive all source files and usage guidelines?

Yes. You will receive all source files, including AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD, PDF, and PNG formats, along with a comprehensive Brand Guideline. These assets belong to your brand, and you have full usage rights upon completion of the final payment.

( 03 )
How does the payment process work?

30% before the project begins — 50% after the moodboard presentation and design commencement — and the remaining 20% before final delivery. A formal contract is provided, outlining the project scope, timeline, and ownership rights.

( 04 )
Does House of Ta work with startups or small brands?

Yes, provided the brand is serious about building a long-term identity. We offer a Brand Sprint package tailored for emerging brands. We do not take on projects that are simply "for the sake of having a design," as that is not beneficial for either party.

( 05 )
Does House of Ta provide support after the project is completed?

Yes. We offer 30 days of complimentary post-handover support, including guidance on implementation and minor adjustments. After that, support can continue through an Ongoing Support agreement or on a project-by-project basis as needed.

( 06 )
Can the timeline be shortened?

Yes, but it will involve a rush fee, and certain stages may need to be compressed. We will be transparent about what may be affected if the timeline is shortened. The best approach is always to plan ahead to allow sufficient time for quality work.
